[Freesurfer] overlay on subcortical surfaces

External Email - Use Caution Dear Freesurfer Experts, As it happens for cortical surface mapping I would like to obtain the same for subcortical structures. I have generated the subcortical surfaces using fsaverage brain’s aseg.mgz with the tool given in: https://github.com/tho

When you say deconvolution, what do you mean exactly? There is an FIR model (finite impulse response) that will extract the hemodynamic response without any assumptions, ie, the signal average at stimulus onset, the signal average at 1TR post onset, the signal average at 2TR post onset, etc. On

Hi Catarina I'm not sure how you would do a surface overlay for a volumetric structure. Where would you map the interior of it? cheers Bruce On Mon, 12 Aug 2019, cr...@cam.ac.uk wrote: External Email - Use Caution Dear Freesurfer Experts, As it happens for cortical surfa

External Email - Use Caution Thanks Doug. Another question, how do i find the p-values for voxel-wise map corrected for multiple comparisons at a voxel (rather than cluster) level (perm.th40.abs.sig.voxel.mgh). There is no summary file for it. Best, Paul On Wed, Aug 7, 2019 at 11:

I'm not sure what you are looking for. The voxel-wise analysis is voxel-wise, so there is no summary file for it On 8/12/2019 11:13 AM, miracle ozzoude wrote: External Email - Use Caution Thanks Doug. Another question, how do i find the p-values for voxel-wise map corrected for multipl

External Email - Use Caution Hi Doug, I am referring to deconvolution in the SPM sense, where they use (something like) ridge regression to get an estimate of neuronal activity from the measured BOLD response. The idea is to use that neural time series to construct predictors for a
