Hello Freesurfer developers,
Right now I am trying to use Freesurfer 5.1.0. But the software showed ERROR
“Invalid FreeSurfer license key found in license file”.
We tried to apply license online, however, the license provided online is now
for 6.0.0
yes, that looks right. The one question is about the fill threshold. You may
need to play with it a little to get a good looking ROI_2.nii (which should be
in registration with the functional -- but you should check it)
