looks from the log file like you used 6.0. The tutorial and other info on the
wiki apply to the newest version only. Let us know if you are still having this

32G of ram is enough or not, hopefully someone else can comment. The topology
fixing space/time complexity is quadratic in the number of vertices, so 9,000
is getting pretty big

Hi Christine, yes, your interpretation is correct. The -3T flag only
applied when using the mni tools, so it has no effect with ANTS. What
was the nature of the failure? We might be able to tweak the ANTS
command line to improve it.
