Dear experts,
To perform a Monte Carlo based cluster correction, I have run the following
line:
mri_glmfit-sim --glmdir glmdir --mczsim 3 abs --cwp 0.05 --2spaces --a2009s

Dear experts,
I would like to show the across-subject overlap of voxels by creating a map
with color coding indicating the number of subjects activating
corresponding voxels.
For each subject I have run the first level model in spss and saved the

reated the lh.con.mris_preproc.log file
Any idea?
Thanks

Yes, the output is in native functional space.

you look in SUBJECTS_DIR, you should see fsaverage and all the

Dear Freesurfer users,
I would like to perform surface based fMRI gorup analysis in Freesurfer
starting from SPM first level output files, but I am not succeding.
I have already preprocessed the data in spm and used Freesurfer for
boundary based registration, I have succesfully ran the recon -all
