tkregister2 to import an SPM2 BOLD brain volume f.img together with an

(macaque) brain MRI data with FreeSurfer ? are there any normalized
macaque brain templates needed for FreeSurfer ?

does anybody know if FreeSurfer can be run in combination with the
unix command 'nohup' like:
nohup recon-all -autorecon-all -subjid fs &
so that one is able to logout after beginning of the process without
halting all computation ?

freesurfer works fine on Slackware too, v11.0 and v10.1, using Xeon
chips.
