Upon creating my .nii file from my Siemens MPRAGE data using mri_convert,
and opening nii file in freesurfer,
I notice that the sagital view has the wrong orientation.
What I mean is that on teh scanner I can see nose on left side of image, but
on freesurfer I see nose on right.

I have upgraded to v5.0 assuming that I'll be in a better shape now.
I issued this command:
nohup recon-all -s ../NanditaGoodDataSetSubject5.0_run2 -i ./t1_svs.nii
-autorecon-all &
which failed after a while . I used nohup so that I can close shell with
terminating the calculation.

when you run something like:
*bbregister --s MySubject --t1 --mov t1_svs.nii --init-fsl --reg t1.reg.dat*

I expect to generate a file "t1.reg.dat".
bbregister is exiting normally with no error message.
Where is this file? I cannot find it.

which ran for few hours and then exited without a successful end as can be
