Hello all,

After running a set of subjects through the automatic recon process, a few
subjects seem to have more space between the gyri than one would expect.
Some of these issues were intensity normalization errors, and were fixed
easily enough by edits to the white matter or using control points, but
there are still some spaces that I can't find a cause.

Any thoughts on possible solutions? For example, is there a way to run a
reconstruction with a less conservative pial suface, or an extra intensity
normalization?

Thanks,

Jonathan
