If it is only one subject and you have no continuous variables, you can do it that way. If you have continuous variables, you will need to use DOSS (different-offset same slope) to force the slopes to be the same across classes (because you can't compute a slope from a single data point) On

The first one will test for a difference between group offset/intercept accounting for age, gender, episodes, and residuals. By setting a regressor contrast element to 0, one accounts for that variable because the variable appears in the model that is fit to the data (and so its effects
