Yes, this is confusing. We can apply a transform to the MNI305 coords to get approx Tal coords. If QDEC is showing you "Tal" coords, then this is what has happened. I don't know what other papers reported. If they used the command line stream (ie, no QDEC), then it is probably MNI305 On 8/22/20

External Email - Use Caution Hi, Thank you so much for your reply I reviewed the link you sent and now know how to convert MNI305 to MNI 152 coordinates based on example of Case 8. However, I am still confused regarding my question number 1... When I use QDEC to do my own analys

Those coordinates are in mni305 space. See this page, case 8 https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/CoordinateSystems On 8/13/19 1:56 PM, Avi Gharehgazlou wrote: > > External Email - Use Caution > > Hi, > > I am conducting a meta-analysis on papers that have looked at local > gyrifica

External Email - Use Caution Hi, I am conducting a meta-analysis on papers that have looked at local gyrification index (lGI) in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) relative to typically developing (TD) peers. All lGI papers have used the FreeSurfer software and have reported x,y,z co
