I'm performing the functional connectivity analysis by FAST.Next, I'd like to
perform spectral dynamic causal model analysis (SPM, Friston et al. 2015; Crone
et al. 2015) on FS-FAST output.Have you any suggestion in this matter?Thanks,

I've never done DCM so I don't know how one would proceed. Maybe someone
else on the list can make a suggestion.

SPM does not make any distinction about the source of the data. For SPM to
work, all you need is .nii files for your data and you'd need a VOI.mat
that corresponds to the .nii file size.
If you take a look at the gPPI toolbox on the NITRC website, there are
commands/tools that convert FS-FAST 1st
