I also see that the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt file is not identical to the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt in FreeSurfer home folder. Can you tell me what is the file FreeSurferColorLUT.txt for and the issue is serious or not? If so, how to fix this? 1.
