Hi Mona,
The neg.label file has all negative scalar values in it, where the default
threshold for the label is set to 0. If you set the threshold to a big negative
number it will show up.

Hello experts,
I am trying to load two types of labels on left hemisphere of a single subject.
In tksurfer, both labels load without an issue, but in Freeview, one type of
labels (neg.label) don’t show up. There is no error in the terminal, so I’m not
sure what’s going on.
I copied the labels a
yes, that is correct

External Email - Use Caution
Yes, absolutely, this should work! Many Thanks!
I have just one last question concerning the colors in FreeView.
I have a fsgd file with class 1 (patients) coming first and then class 0 (hc)
after.
The contrast matrix is 1 -1 0.
Among the results I see
Yes, that worked Thank you.

Hi Dan,
for the line profile you'd select a few points along one curve (e.g.
along the pial surface in a slice) , then along the opposite curve (e.g.
along the wm surface) and you can then compute line profiles connecting
the two curves (via solution of a poisson equation). the tool samples

Hello,
I'm having trouble using the "line profile" tool in FreeView. I have a PET
image overlaid on an MR image, and would like to view a line profile of a
rectangular ROI on the PET image. I assumed that the "line profile" selection
in "Tools" would be able to do this, but I haven't been able

Hi Alan,
You can use mri_binarize to pull it out of the aseg.mgz. FYI: Once loaded
into freeview you can also generate an isosurface for the hippocampus
label in the 3D view.

Hi Bruce et al,
Is it possible to load just the Hippocampal mask/ROI from the ASEG onto a
brain in Freeview?
