I have been running freesurfer for a patient data, and have to find this
retesselalation of defect. I have successful with some data but for some
others it looks frozen even after 7 days. Would it be possible to please
have a look and help me out? Also, how could I pass

you could upload the subject, but it is almost certainly the case that you
have some huge defect that represents a big error, like the skull or
cerebellum being attached to the surface. Look at the ?h.inflated.nofix or
?h.orig.nofix to see what is going on. If you can't figure it out
