Hi Mustafa what type of scanner are you using? A normal mprage should be fine. Typically we acquire sagittaly as that is the shortest air-to-air direction. Make sure that the acquisition is 3D and around 1mm isotropic. We may have a protocol you can use depending on your scanner hardware and
