RedHat release: CentOS release 6.7 (Final) Kernel info: Linux 2.6.32-573.22.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64 Hello Freesurfer, For some strange reason, a participant's entire aseg is being mapped onto one hemisphere. This is the case with two different mprage files. I have attached a screenshot. I am not quite sure how to fix this. Is it something I should fix using TKMEDIT?
