Do you mean the ?h.sphere or the ?h.sphere.reg? We actully found in a
couple of recent papers that optimal Brodmann area alignment is obtained
when the morph is much less flexible than our typical one. The most recent
dev version of mris_register uses the default parameters -dist 5
