what kind of volume-based analysis? You can get volumes of ROI
structures from FS, and FSFAST allows you to do map-based analysis of
fMRI for subcortical structures in the volume. Otherwise, you might try
using VBM

control. Does fsaverage provide volume-based data for this purpose? Where can I
find these values? Are they found anywhere outside of the freesurfer suite?
