What would be the best method to answer a single line and
simultaneously branch that line to multiple lines for ivr.
Are there any examples?

I personally use CentOS 5.x ... I haven't had any problems with it. I
don't install from packages.. I compile it myself.

We noticed the same thing. As it has been just merged into the
spidermonkey tree in the last 48 hours we are unlikely to move to it
very quickly but we will be keeping an eye on this so we can merge it
