There are no ulimit settings that I know of for windows, this is an issue only
for unix like operating systems.

I am using Windows XP system for FS 1.0.5. Calls are working fine. I
want to test FS with Recommended ULIMIT settings. Could you please let
me know where do I configure these settings and how to configure.
