Hi Steve,
It's quite possible there is a bug in dialog_audio that the latest
wxWidgets has exposed, or something I messed around with recently.

I played around with wxwidgets 3.0.0 and where it failed to build was an
if-clause and the if-item was an undefined symbol. No problem, I deleted
the if-clause. Build succeeded.
I suspect 3.0.1 is fine too, as I found what seems to
