Make xine_cvs the normal xine plugin. We don't support older versions
of xine, it was a very bad hack. You need xine-ui > 0

Ok... though the way to do it is a little different.
import compileall
compileall.compile_dir('', quiet=1)
This would be enough; but then setup freevo needs to be called with
python -OO as well.

Here is a patch that handles repeated RC events. It allows to browse
faster long lists (i.e. directories containing lots of things, or the TV
Guide), by simply pressing continuously a button on the remote control.
Events buffered inside pyLirc are discarded, and only the most recent
event is taken
