I know there has been alot of work done on the web interface for
freevo, but I am just not seeing it. Do the new pags need to be
activated by a plugin? The only real change I have seen so far is that
the tv listing has gotten very hard to read in the 1.8.x branch.

convert_config is acting up on me again. It claims to have actually
writing the output, put the local_config.py is unchanged
