this mail is mainly for Adam, but maybe others have the same problem. I
had some strange problems with dvbstreamer and I reseted by whole
config. Deleted the .dvbstreamer dir and took the latest svn.
I did a 'scan full' and the debug showed many locks:
PAT received? Yes
PMT received? Yes

hi, this patch is a workaround (temporary, until the bug is ever solved)
Note that this patch has a very high value cropdetect=80
the reason is that, in many Italian channels, there is a series of
"bits" transmitted on top of the vide frames, and those foul the
cropdetection otherwise.
