Oh - I forgot to mention you need a recent CVS version. There was a small bug
int the old videoitem.py. Videoitem.py needs to be at version 1.127 or more
recent. So you could try 1.5_pre1.

I forgot to mention encodingserver stores it's temporary files
in /tmp/encodingserver , togheter with a very nice log file. Temp files are
always cleaned, but can grow to +-300mb max, so make sure you have a large
enough /tmp partitition if /tmp is mounted separatly.
