Please, please, please don't make it a requirement.... I don't have xmltv
listings for the TV channels in my country. I don't think it's a
problem confined to Malaysia only either.

Now if there's a helper script to generate a listing based on some config
file (can be in a similar format to what we have now), that should be
enough.
