i tried to add a fav for a show starting at 16:10 lately, but it didnt
work with "4pm"... checked the code: it had an 8 minutes difference
tolerance for fav and prog times. thats not really good if one can set
only 00 and 30 min fav times...
so i added a config variable called TV_RECORD_FAV_
