I've a strange problem:
freevo runs with mga and framebuffer very stable but sometimes:
In the last weeks my freevo hangs after running for many hours (>6h) doing nothing
within freevo.
Yesterday the main menu screen was corrupted and no input on the console possible
(keyboard locked).

Found part of the problem.. the ivtv module spawns mplayer for playback.
Since my X11 session is on /dev/fb2 (which is the TV-out card). mplayer
gets confused and the video is lost.
I snagged a mplayer '-vo ivtv' patch and that seems to help on the mplayer

I've got issues watching TV with freevo 1.4.1-5 and a WinTV PVR 350
running on SuSE 9.0.
I'm able to watch TV using MPlayer with 'mplayer /dev/video0' and
changing channels with 'ptune.pl'.

Folks,
Looking at freevo's output for mplayer it appears that freevo is using
'driver=v4l'.
How would I change my local_conf.py to make mplayer use 'driver=v4l2'.
Is this only an issue in 1.4.1?
