Are there any widescreen skins available for freevo?
My problem is that my menus and pictures are all
strechted. I use a resolution of 1280x720 in my
/etc/X11/XF86Config and /etc/freevo/freevo.conf, and
use mplayer with -aspectmonitor 16:9. Television and
movie watching is okay.

I'am currently upgrading my freevo box and ran into some problems that
could be related to python-2.4 but I don't know for sure.
As base I'am using HLFS with ssp,grsec and pax.
As user freevo I can use ivtvctl and cat /dev/video but watching tv and
recording from freevo doesn't work.
