I tried the same TV_CHANNELS format as you ... still no joy.
Yes, I definitely have XMLTV_FILE pointing to my TV.xml.
I am at a loss as to what is wrong. I will show you some of the contents of

I did find the problem though, I had a typo in the line:
export PYTHONPATH=~/freevo/lib/python2.6/site-packages
I had missed the 's' of the site-packages my bad :-(

has anybody an idea how to stream the freevo output (freevo screens +
mplayer output) from the freevo server to a streaming client? I'd like
to have a solution where I've got a central media server with clients in
every room. Control could be done via web interface.
