This should solve any problems with DVBStreamer not running
This version fixes major problems with my previous attempt to get a Live
Pause DVB system working.
Fixed:
1. No more stuttering/need to pause on first tuning to a channel. The
plugin now automatically buffers 3 seconds of video before starting.
2. Seek works! Can now seek backward and forward in
