Yesterday I installed freevo 1.6.0 from scratch on a fresh Ubuntu 6.10 install. I ran into a few hitches along the way. One of them was the LCD plugin. My freevo box has a nice LCD display but pylcd is discontinued and no longer to be installed from the 'net. It was a good thing I still had all t
