In this case, it would seem that the woman involved was trying to push the 
limits, 
at the very least.  However, insurance companies have resorted to rather 
drastic 
activities in the past, and scraping your Web 2.0 sites is probably standard 
practice.  Misinterpreting what is found there is quite possible.
