understand all of the technical details but apparently it works well to
prevent unauthorized reading of RFID information. The company I work with

I¹ve tested one of the above a long time ago with a basic rfid badge and
reader. It worked very well, unless you held it edge-on to the reader.
I don¹t know how well it would work against a high-gain spider box...
