Hi, Jim
Just to verify where you are seeing this job ticket error, please let me
know if I have it correct:
1) You have an InDesign document. You export that with the FusionPro
InDesign export plug-in (no error)
2) You work with the template in FusionPro in Acrobat.
3) You go to FusionPro -> Com
what version of CS and FP are you using?

The pdf is being exported from fusionpro. I don't understand how a
printer driver setup has anything to do with it.

if you are under the gun try creating a pdf of it without the aid of the fusion
pro plugin. And make the modification yourself inside of adobe acrobat -
manually created your text boxes and graphic boxes. That is the majority of
our workflow.

Can you elaborate a little more on the steps you are going through?
For example, when you say "Merge my data file", are you referring to
Compose from FusionPro Desktop or it is from the FusionPro Web?
Thanks.

Have you restarted your computer lately. I have found that issues are
cleared up by just shutting down and letting the computer clear out anything
that it is holding on to. And Walla - it works. Just a thought!

Maybe try composing as a VDX file. This feature is available in the Desktop
version of FusionPro. VDX files are smaller and rip quicker.
