Make CursorStyle dot default during PipeRead
When FVWM performs actions in a PipeRead command, get FVWM to change the
cursorstyle to a dot to give an indiction that processing is happening.
Whilst its primary intention is for fvwm-menu-desktop, setting this to the
default shouldn't hurt.
