Using the following command, I get unexpected results:
fvwm-menu-desktop --desktop fvwm --menu-type applications \
--enable-mini-icons --theme FVWM_Xdg --size 24 --mini-icon-dir \
${FVWM_USERDIR}/icons/fvwm-desktop applications.menu
give:
DestroyMenu FvwmMenu
AddToMenu FvwmMenu
