Try cphaprob -ia list and look if everything is OK
and do that on both machines ...
(Sometimes FW-1 overrides minor errors when it really must be
active, but if there is a possibility to change to a machine that
works better, it does ...)

I have a problem with a CheckPoint Ha solution. Managment server is of
course on a different server. All installation according to Checkpoint
