I haven't yet submitted the CLA but intend to soon. In the meantime, since
it is recommended on the proposers wiki, I thought I would attempt to
gather comments concerning this resource plugin which is intended to
provide most of the conveniences necessary to instantiate Doctrine and
configure its' environment.
I didn't know what the desired means of communication and so have just
posted the draft proposal and class to pastie.

I hope to start working on more components for the ZendX_Doctrine
namespace. The next major convenience would provide a common means of
exposing Doctrine tasks so that a new doctrine-cli script doesn't have to
be created/copied for each new project. Any recommendations on the best
way to handle this? I don't know that it necessarily requires a hook into
Zend_Tool or Zend_Tool_Project in which case I'm not sure that it evens
belongs in the library.
