Actually I found the problem.
IE7 doesn't accept cookies if there is '_' in the domain name and my test
domain was dev_test. Changed it to devtest, works perfectly fine.
Weird %-|

I am using Zend MVC and Zend_Session
I just realized whenever I refresh the page on IE7, I get new session_id
(Zend_Session::getId())
But it tested on IE5, IE6 and FF3 and there is no problem.
What am I doing wrong

If you have underscores in your domain name, IE7 won't allow you to
set a cookie from it:
