Success at last! What I did was let Software Update download and
install the 4.2 update. Normally, I download all the updates and then
install them one-by-one, repairing permissions between installs. For
some reason, this update wouldn't install that way.

I'm trying to find the program N Commander (version 0.1) but the
developer's website is down--Versiontracker and Softpedia (the only
two places I can find it listed) both apparently are only trying to
link to the developer's site.
Does anyone have this program, and can shoot me a copy?
