Wallstreet Battery Charger

I can't get the battery charger to charge a battery. Does anyone know what the problem might be. The Wallstreet runs when connected to the power adaptor, but does not run with the battery. I've even bought a new battery, but it still doesn't work. Barb -- G-Books is sponsored by
