Check out MovieWorks (http://www.movieworks.com). I haven't used this
product, but I saw it at a conference and it looked very impressive.
The Support section leads you to a faq that you might find useful
(including other options for USB-based video capture).

I have a Pismo running Jaguar (USB, Firewire and modem are still fine),
with an Airport card installed. I have never used my PC Card slot
however and I was wondering if people would be willing to share ideas
for cool things to plug in there.
