Reviving PISMO battery

Repairing yo-yo adaptor

Hi all, My yo-yo adaptor is no longer working I suspect it's because the user was too rough with pulling the wires. Question is how do I open the adaptor so that I can reconnect/ rewire it again. The power cord is fine as I tested it with another adaptor. The problem is with the yo-yo
