If your using it with a 'book, then they aren't exactly portable. I'm
looking to use one with my PBG4, so I can use 802.11g and so I can
get a better signal than the internal antennas. I've got a DWL-G122,
but apparently you need a certain revision for it to work with the Mac.

Anyone still using external scsi drives with their Lombards and running
10.2? Doesn¹t seem to work for me.

It worked on my Lombard in OSX and OS9. But it worked unreliably with my
Maxtor HD in both. I believe it was due to not being OHCI compliant.
