It's more of a control panel. However, I don't reccomend using it. In
the past, I've  found it to be either ineffective, or destructive.

You can probably find it in the MacFixit Library, but rather, I'd
reccomend you download GestLab, which is a more current and mature
utility.

It might look intimidating at first, but really, it's as
straightforward as ResEdit. Simply select the machid field, go to the
menu and choose "change machid", and input the gestalt id of the
model you wish to emulate.

I've used it a number of times as part of the hack to install OS
9.2.2 on unsupported machines.
