Open the: library/printers/epson/utility. It's been there for quite a
while. From my experience it does not work quite as well as the OS 9
version but does work.

You probably will have to select the drive using the DA. The one thing I
have not been able to do is boot OS X from my external f/w drive. This works
with 10.0.3 but as soon as 10.1 is applied it's a no go. Wonder if this has
been fixed with 10.1.3 and beyond?

Has anyone has success using a Nokia 6360 in infrared mode with a TiBook? Or
is there a FAQ that would answer my question as to why it does not work. My
phone does not make a modem connection to my local ISP as it should. As
usual, probably something minor I am overlooking.

My main reason for getting a TiBook over the 12 iBook was the screen size.
The other features you mention depends on need. I just knew that if I got
the iBook the next week would have needed a PC Card slot or infrared. Now if
they only had the 14 iBook...

Can anyone confirm that the Newer FireWire PC card works under OS X
in a Lombard? The MacAlly USB/FW card in my beige G3 works using
Apple drivers in both OS 9.1 and OS X. Thanks.

All of a sudden Airport has quit working under OS X. I'm running a WaveLAN
card on a Lombard and an SMC wireless router. It still works with OS 9.1 so
it is not hardware. The card still shows up in the network but something is
blocking the card from working.
