I on the other hand had a horrible experience with Keyspan. I went to their booth in Macworld asking about their mini USB hub because I live overseas and needed the AC adaptor in 220v (as opposed to 110v). And they said it was autovolt (100-240v), so I bought one. When I got back to my hotel I opened it and lo and behold it was 110v. So I brought it back the following day and one of their people (Jose Arellano) offered to send me a replacement right after MacWorld (which I agreed to because I was going to be in San Francisco for another week anyway). I left the US with no AC adapter in hand and a useless hub. I followed this up with numerous emails (using two different email accounts so there's no reason for them not to go through) in the following weeks to no avail. I finally received one reply on January 28 asking for an address on to send the AC adapter. To make it convenient for them I sent them a US address (again using two separate email accounts) and I would take care of having it shipped to the Philippines . It's already March and neither I, nor my US contact, have heard from them. I was also planning on getting their remote to use with my PowerPoint presentations (still learning to use Keynote) but after this sad experience. I will not buy anything from them. On a positive note I ordered a ScreenSavRz from RadTech during MacWorld and not only did I get it before I left, I also received a refund with a personal note from them because they did not have the original embossed one I wanted.
