Airport 3.1 update second try

Is there a firmware update to this 3.1 Airport update? I am using a Wallstreet PB with an Orinoco Card and a Snow base station. I am using the third party driver from SourceForge.net. I updated the PB software to 3.1 okay but there seems to nothing to update the base station with. The latest firm
