Greetings.... following the suggestion of list members (my internal modem is giving me problems), I purchased the following modem card on eBay:
3COM model 3CCM756 I loaded the software from the CD, got the message that it had successfully loaded, but the card does not mount on the desktop. I'm not sure if my slot is good as I have never used it for anything before (bought the PB new). Any suggestions to get this puppy to work or thoughts on whether or not it is the card or the slot?
