Balky "bronze keyboard" question

I have a Macintosh Powerbook G3,333 MHz and it is really acting up- apps load like molasses and it is very crashy. I have 192 MB of ram and the VM is turned on. Am running OS9. Does resetting the power manager apply to this particular PB version? Thanks! -- G-Books is sponsored by
